However, while the location is great, it could be a bit crowded during peak times, impacting the pool area, which may become too busy for relaxation.

My room felt a bit dated, and the sliding door didn't completely seal, allowing sounds from the restaurant and nearby pool to filter in. Water damage on the walls and pooling in the bathroom created a damp atmosphere, and my requests for ventilation solutions were ignored. The carpeting in the hallways looked worn and in need of cleaning, although the pleasant scent in the corridors was a nice touch.

The Stones Hotel offers a fantastic pool and attentive staff, making for an enjoyable atmosphere. However, some aspects, like the aging room design and busy breakfast service during conferences, could use improvement. Overall, it's a solid choice for a relaxing getaway in Bali.

One downside was having to wait almost two hours for our room to be ready upon arrival, which was pretty frustrating after a long trip.

We loved lounging in the pool with its swim-up bar and soaking in the outdoor bath on our balcony. The spa’s string bubble pool was a fantastic way to unwind after a long day of adventure.
